Property viewings are only conducted individually & by appointment to allow us to give each prospective tenant our undivided attention ensuring the best possible presentation the property. Prior rental and credit history of each tenancy applicant is rigorously checked using the NTD (National Tenancy Database) & TICA National Tenant Database. |
Only then is the application presented to the landlord for approval. |
Having satisfied these enquiries the applicant's employment & remuneration details, previous rental manager references & personal references are validated. |
