Property viewings are only conducted individually & by appointment to allow us
to give each prospective tenant our undivided attention ensuring the best
possible presentation the property. This individual interaction also gives us the
opportunity to assess the personal suitablity of the prospective tenant.
Background Check
Applicants are required to provide at lease 100 points of personal identification
with at least one piece being photographic ID.

Tenant Vetting Procedure
Prior rental and credit history of each tenancy applicant is rigorously checked
using the NTD (National Tenancy Database) & TICA National Tenant Database.
Only then is the application presented to the landlord for approval.
Having satisfied these enquiries the applicant's employment & remuneration
details, previous rental manager references & personal references are
validated.
